We keep the record of completed orders (order number, items, amount and payment reference) because Kenyan tax and accounting rules require us to retain transaction records, and because we may need them to resolve a dispute. Those records are separated from your contact details once your account is closed.
7. How Long We Keep It
Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account details are kept while your account is open. Support conversations are kept only as long as they are useful for handling your enquiry.
