1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Jamwas Beauty and Cosmetics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are the total price of the item. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful M-Pesa payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified and refunded promptly in such cases.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Kenya by third-party courier to a pick-up point in the town you select at checkout, where you collect your order. The delivery fee depends on your town and chosen courier, and is shown at checkout before payment. Orders are usually available for collection within 2 working days of payment clearing. Jamwas Beauty and Cosmetics is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons opened cosmetics cannot be returned, except where an item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered. In that case tell us within 48 hours of collection and we will replace it or refund you. To start a return, contact us at info@jamwasbeauty.com with your order number. Refunds are returned to the M-Pesa number used for payment.

6. Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale pricing is available to approved business accounts only. Wholesale prices and minimum order quantities are set at our discretion and may change without notice. Misuse of wholesale accounts may result in account suspension.
