3. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful M-Pesa payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified and refunded promptly in such cases.
4. Delivery
Delivery times and fees vary by location and are displayed at checkout. Jamwas Beauty and Cosmetics is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@jamwasbeauty.com with your order reference.
6. Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale pricing is available to approved business accounts only. Wholesale prices and minimum order quantities are set at our discretion and may change without notice. Misuse of wholesale accounts may result in account suspension.
